VSCDA Vintage Grand Prix Au Grattan Aug 14-16, 40th Anniversary

It's three days of vintage racing and VSCDA Summer Party hospitality celebrating VSCDA's 40th Anniversary.  All VSCDA's classes will be on-track with 2 sessions each day.  Special features include two Enduros,  East West FF Challenge, Trans Am B Sedan Feature, Formula Vee Challenge and Sprite Midget Challenge.

Vintage Auto Racing Saturday and Sunday Aug 8-9 and 12-15 Opens Monterey Car Week

The Pre-Historics racing at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca is well underway.  Monterey Car Week previewed on Friday with 20 racing cars from the Pre-Historics driven to the center of Monterey for a 4-7pm street show.  The enthusiastic crowd filled the street.  Monday at 10am the Automobilia Collectors Expo opens a three day run at the Embassy Suites in Seaside.

VRCBC British Columbia Historic Motor Races Aug 8-9 Mssion Raceway Park, Western Canada

The 37th edition of the very special vintage racing weekend is the largest celebration of vintage racing cars in Western Canada.  The weekend is also supported by the Sports Car club of British Columbia and also SOVREN vintage racing club of the USA.

Vintage racing in Western Canada and in the Northwest USA always provides a wide variety of interesting vintage and historic racing cars to make this a very interesting event.

RMVR Colorado Grand Prix August 1-2, High Plains Raceway

Big, Fast Formula Cars and Sports Racers are featured this year saluting the big 1960s-1970s pro-SCCA races in Colorado for these cars. A special invite is extended to VMC member club racers to join RMVR member racers in a special event at the highly regarded High Plains Raceway east of Denver.

It starts Friday with FREE Lapping for Test and Tuning both car and driver.  Saturday and Sunday has multiple on-track sessions each day for all Feature and Class races.
