Formula B Continental Cars A Feature Group Velocity Invitational May 29-31, Sonoma Raceway
This top vintage racing weekend has the first of four 2026 features for historic FB Continental cars. The next is June 12-14 with CSRG Corkscrew Classic at Laguna Seca. The focus then turns July 16-19 to Road America for the WeatherTech Vintage Weekend with Brian Redman. The season tops out September 18-20 at the big VSCDA Vintage Races & Festival at Road America.
SCCAs first professional formula series, won by Gus Hutchinson in a FB Lotus 41C, began in 1967 for Formula A, B, C cars. It continued in 1968 for Formula 5000 and FB cars. In 1969 through 1973 the FB Continental Series was all FB cars.
