British Sports Cars Featured Sept 15-17 Put-In-Bay Sports Car Races
The British MG TBs and TCs brought back by US service men after World War Two are credited in starting the many late 1940s Sports Car racing events in the US. By the early 1950s popular British marques and models in the US grew with MG TDs, Austin Healey 100s, Triumph TR2s, Jaguar XK 120s. Later in the 1950s they included Sports Racers from Lotus, Lola, Jaguar, Lister, Elva and more
All these and more will be celebrated, as well as the original 1952-1963 Put-In-Bay through the streets races during the 2026 September 15-17 vintage races and festival.
