Vintage Races With VSCCA, RMVR, SOVREN June 3-5 Begin Summer Season

The VSCCA Empire Cup at Lime Rock Park Connecticut is Friday and Saturday June 3-4.

The RMVR Big Bore Thunder at Pueblo Motorsports Park Colorado is Saturday and Sunday June 4-5.

SOVREN Spokane Festival of Speed at Qlispé Raceway Park Washington is Saturday and Sunday June 4-5.

Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Two Weekends July 15-17 & 22-24 Saluting Porsche

This ten day celebration opens July 15-17 at the Pitt Race Circuit just west of Pittsburgh for a VRG sanctioned vintage racing weekend for all VRG classes.  The Kastner Cup Triumph races are featured.

The July 22-24 true road circuit vintage races through Pittsburgh's Schenley Park are spectacular.  Over 100,000 fans are treated to spirited racing by drivers of fascinating cars from the prewar era through the 1970s.  A special feature race for 1959-1974 Austin Healey Sprites and MG Midgets is featured.  Also featured are the innovative, quick H-Mod sorts racers.

Between the two vintage racing weekends there are car shows, rallies, special parties and the gala banquet.

VSCCA Empire Cup Vintage Races June 3-4 Lime Rock Park, CT, Join a Spectacular Field

VSCCA members and guest club vintage racers will have the rare opportunity of two full days of unmuffled vintage racing in a spring event at historic Lime Rock Park.  The current entry is spectacular with sports racing cars from Jaguar, Ferrari, Maserati, Lotus, Elva, Lola and all the popular production sports cars from Britain, America, Germany, Italy, Japan plus numerous examples of F1, FF, F Vees and F Jr cars.

There are classes for VSCCA and non-VSCCA cars.  All are invited to this very special Friday and Saturday vintage racing event.  A celebration for sports racing cars of the 1950s and 1960s includes special dedicated race grids.  There are 7 track sessions for each of 6 race groups over two days.

The special Friday night social BBQ is free for entrants, crew and staff.  The emphasis is on meeting fellow drivers, corner workers and race staff for good racing tales.

Eight Vintage Racing Weekends May 12-15 thru 27-30

This weekend May 12-15 VRG/VDCA is at Summit Point WV, HVR is at Heartland Motorsports Park KS, RMVR is at High Plains Raceway CO.

May 12-15 VRG Hosts The Jefferson 500 At Summit Point, Special Invite for VDCA Drivers

There is a full schedule of races for VRG and VDCA members.  Also included are FF Challenge Races and IMSA RS/Trans-Am 2.5 Challenge Races.

The May 10-12 VRG Drivers School for novice racers at Summit Point precedes the full weekend of vintage racing.  Load in is Tuesday the 10th for tech and 5 - 8:30 classroom.  VRG eligible car and driver equipment is required.  Friday is on track sessions.

VSCCA Opens Season With Spring Sprints, Intro to Racing and Drivers School May 6-7 at Lime Rock Park, CT

North Americas original vintage racing club opens its 2022 season on one of North Americas favorite road racing circuits.

The season opening event for VSCCA includes full day Friday and Saturday races for all its classes.

The Driven to Race half day introduction to vintage racing is a Saturday half day, low key pro instructed on-track in the would-be-vintage racers car and chat with current racers.  Entry closes end of day May 5.
