The weekend includes numerous activities leading to the Sunday judged car and motorcycle show. There is an auction, movie screening, special Saturday evening reception and dinner and more. The event began in 2008.
The event is a fund raiser for Boys Republic which McQueen gives credit for changing him from a challenged youth to a young adult with self-worth and goals. It is a non-sectarian community for boys and girls from ages 13-17.

The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix, announced major schedule changes on Thursday in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The event is planning a full return in 2021 on July 16-25 with Corvette remaining as the Marque of the Year.

A Sunday 2 p.m. (ET) Back Home Again replay of the 2019 Indy 500 caps a week of special activities virtually on-track and at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum.
There is a virtual Friday Carb Day, virtual Saturday Legends Day leading to the 2019 replay. The Museum has many activities including history presentations and a virtual tour of the Museum. The actual 500 is August 23rd.
Entrant registration for Road America’s July 24-26 WeatherTech International Challenge With Brian Redman will continue through June 23. There are classes and race groups for almost every vintage and historic race car in the typical 400 car entry. Early registration will assist in creating publicity for your cars class and group.
The SpeedTour multi-race series event is expected to be rescheduled at a later date on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road racing circuit.

The club has developed extensive protocols for driver, staff and worker safety: social distancing, paddock spacing, no gatherings, face masks, etc. A creative Saturday party with everyone in their own paddock includes hamburger, hot dog BBQ meal pickup and "take to one’s paddock” is scheduled.
